I think I might have a virus what should I do?

The first step is to try to identify the name of the virus. You can do that by going to this site:

Symantec security response

This test may take up to 3 hours.

Once the virus has been identified you can see what it takes to remove it. Once you're on the Symantec site you will see many free virus removal tools with instruction on how to remove them.
